Before treatment

It is important to follow these instructions carefully to keep your child safe.

After treatment

Your child's dentist will meet with you to discuss the treatment. You will be told what to expect. Be sure to ask any questions you have about the treatment and what to expect.

If the clinic is not open, call (414) 266-2000. Ask for the dentist on call.

ALERT

Call your child’s doctor, nurse, or clinic if you have any questions or concerns or if your child has:

  • Vomiting that does not get better after 4 hours.
  • A temperature over 101° F (38° C).
  • Problems breathing.
  • Pain that does not get better with acetaminophen (Tylenol®) or ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil).
  • Bleeding that cannot be controlled.
  • Special health care needs that were not covered by this information.
