The following services are offered at the Greenfield Clinic:
Imaging
Our experienced staff and kid-friendly technology allows us to obtain the highest quality images while taking fewer pictures. This keeps the radiology dose nearly 3 times lower than standards used at adult facilities.
- Imaging services include x-ray, EOS spine and leg length
- Appointments must be made by calling (414) 607-5280
- Imaging is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Teen Health
The team at the Teen Health Clinic is specially trained to help teens and young adults manage health problems related to adolescence. Services include evaluating and treating menstrual period disorders, acne treatment, managing contraception, testing for STDs, quitting smoking or vaping and understanding school avoidance.
The Teen Health Center cannot be accessed via the main entrance of the building. Please enter via the “North Entrance” of the building.
Your teen’s primary care doctor can provide a referral or you can request an appointment by calling (262) 814-7080.

Primary Care
Our pediatricians provide primary care at this location which includes check ups, sick visits and vaccinations.
Visitors
Four individuals of any age can be with a patient or client in our Primary Care, Urgent Care, Specialty Care, imaging, outpatient laboratories, therapies and community services areas.
