About
I have a special interest in diseases requiring both pulmonary and sleep expertise such as sleep-disordered breathing and anatomic airway abnormalities. My training provided me with the ability to assess pulmonary status, perform bronchoscopy and interpret a sleep study, all of which children with breathing and airway problems may need. My patients may see other subspecialties such as otolaryngology and gastroenterology, and I strongly believe in timely contact with all involved providers, including the pediatrician. I also feel that open communication with the patients’ families is essential in optimizing care.
