About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
I have experience working with diverse children and families in school and community settings, addressing concerns such as life stressors, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and identity. I believe childhood comes with many challenges—but also opportunities to build lifelong mental health skills. My goal is to highlight each child's strengths and support them through this journey. I prioritize forming strong therapeutic relationships built on empathy, trust, and humor. My approach is strengths‑based, person‑centered, and grounded in cultural humility and inclusion. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution‑focused strategies, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to tailor care to each child’s unique needs.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, trying new crafts, reading fantasy and sci‑fi, playing video games, and enjoying nature. I also spend plenty of time wrangling my two adorable—but slightly mischievous—cats, Zelda and Mipha.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
