About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I provide immediate support for individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health crises. My focus is to address urgent safety concerns, offer appropriate interventions, and support families with ongoing referrals and recommendations.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), behavioral activation, and safety‑planning strategies to support children and teens. I take a trauma‑informed, values‑based approach and am passionate about helping youth explore what matters to them so they can find meaning and purpose in their lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature—camping and hiking—as well as traveling and learning about different cultures. I have two cats and love going to see live music.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
