About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
I have a passion for helping children and teens process trauma using EMDR and trauma‑informed CBT. With younger patients, I focus on looking beneath externalizing behaviors to understand their emotional needs. I also incorporate body‑based coping tools, including polyvagal‑informed strategies, to support anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms for youth ages 6–18.
Outside of work, I love being out in the sun, planting flowers in my yard, reading, watercolor painting, and listening to indie and pop music. I also enjoy cheering for the Milwaukee Bucks and Packers. And I’m a big fan of “soft” movement—Pilates and long neighborhood walks are two of my favorite ways to unwind.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
