They provided me with the information I needed and made sure I understood everything to be expected for my growing 11 year old. I didn't have to wait in waiting room for a long time, which was so awesome. Her doctor was super nice and respectful to my daughter. And had 3 shots given to her, but she did amazing and I was surprised haha
