As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I am trained in CAMS and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have experience using DBT and CBT. I am dedicated to supporting children and families through a strengths‑based, trauma‑informed approach. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and finding simple ways to relax and recharge. I value making meaningful memories with the people closest to me, which helps me bring patience and positivity into my work with clients and families.
