The experience was very helpful, especially since our first visit there was about a year ago. Everyone was very kind, caring, and explained everything very thoroughly, since it was a very unexpected experience for us to go through. They handled it extremely well. Their patience and communication was phenomenal. As much as I wish I'd never had to go down to Children's Hospital, they made it the very best experience it could be.
