About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, I help children improve their mental health at school. I work closely with school staff and families to support each child’s needs, especially for students who may have barriers to accessing therapy in the community.
My work is guided by the synergetic play therapy approach, which focuses on building safe, supportive relationships between the child and therapist. Through play, I help children understand and regulate their feelings and make sense of stress, trauma, and life changes. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF‑CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and parent‑child CARE.
Outside of work, I am a parent of two boys and enjoy spending time outdoors, especially camping and hiking. I love exploring new foods and cooking, and I’m a seasoned runner who is often training for my next half marathon.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
