About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
My areas of interest include mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, grief and loss, ADHD, and supporting students coping with traumatic events or significant life stressors. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and recently completed training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and adoption competency. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, connecting with friends, listening to podcasts for fun or learning, and spending time with my growing children.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
