About
As a school‑based mental health therapist in training, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. As a relationship‑based therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship can be deeply helpful, and I tailor my approach to each child’s unique needs. My work is trauma‑informed and strengths‑based, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and experiential therapy to support the diverse needs of clients and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy biking, listening to live music, and exploring art and other creative hobbies.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
