About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I support students with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, adoptive family experiences, and school or sports‑related stress. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family. I love camping, hiking, biking, and exploring nature. In the winter, you’ll often find me sipping tea and working on a jigsaw puzzle.
