About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being. I offer short‑term treatment for individuals experiencing suicidality, depression, or anxiety. My work centers on helping individuals manage symptoms, build coping skills, and feel supported during transitional times.
I use a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation (BA), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma‑informed care. I am passionate about helping children and teens explore their values, build resilience, and find meaning and purpose in their lives.
Outside of work, I love painting and enjoying all forms of art. I also enjoy spending time in nature, watching and playing soccer and basketball, and spending time with my two cats. I absolutely adore dogs as well and look forward to having one someday.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
