About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child’s primary care team, I work closely with your child’s pediatrician to support mental health and well‑being.
I support children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, self‑harm, ADHD, and challenges with problem‑solving, decision‑making, self‑confidence, sleep, and sensory processing. I use a variety of evidence‑based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma‑informed care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to summer festivals, running, listening to music, and reading and writing poetry.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
