About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child’s primary care team, I work closely with your child’s pediatrician to support mental health and well‑being.
I specialize in using Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, and distress tolerance, especially for youth experiencing suicidal thoughts or self‑harm urges. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trust‑Based Relational Intervention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, gardening, biking, camping, hiking, doing jigsaw puzzles, crafting, cooking, and participating in community events. I adore my cat and dog, and my favorite way to practice self‑care is taking long walks with my dog, especially near Lake Michigan or along the Milwaukee River.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
