Insurance Information
If you're not sure whether your health plan covers care at Children's Wisconsin, it's best to call your insurance company. They can tell you if your plan includes Children's Wisconsin and how much it will pay. It's also a good idea to look at your plan so you know what costs you might have. You can also reach out to our team for any questions.
Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
