About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child's primary care team, I work closely with your child's pediatrician to support mental health and well-being.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and families in schools, outpatient therapy, early childhood education and family support services. I specialize in supporting children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, grief, family relationship concerns and life transitions. I have a special passion for working with young children and enjoy partnering with adolescents as they navigate the challenges of growing up. My approach is warm, strengths-based and family-centered. Together, we build on strengths, develop coping skills and work toward meaningful goals that support long-term well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dog. I love being in nature, gardening, spending time up north and exploring creative hobbies like flower arranging, miniatures and puzzles. I also enjoy cooking, trying new foods and finding joy in everyday moments.
