About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I focus on helping children feel safe, heard, and understood while guiding them toward healing. Through evidence‑based care, we work to reduce the emotional, behavioral, and physical effects of trauma.
I support children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma or other major life changes. I use art therapy along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative approaches to help youth process their experiences and better understand themselves. I also have experience supporting youth who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community or navigating identity changes. In addition, I work with children facing grief, chronic illness, and family‑related challenges.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my five cats. I enjoy making art, including painting, collaging, and quilting, as well as gardening and being outdoors. I also enjoy creating music, exploring electronic instruments, and spending time with my community through shared creative activities.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
