About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
I primarily work with young children ages 5 and under and their families. I use play‑based approaches to support children with cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges and enjoy helping families build strong attachments and restore relationships after stressful or traumatic experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dogs. I also love being outdoors and relaxing at home with hobbies like reading, crocheting and sewing.
