As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.

I am a certified trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapist (TF‑CBT) and have a passion for helping children and teens who have experienced all types of trauma. I specialize in post‑traumatic stress disorder, autism, depression, and anxiety. I also have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Other areas of focus include suicidal ideation, grief, LGBTQ+ support, and relationship challenges. I use a person‑centered, strengths‑based approach and rely heavily on the therapeutic relationship built in our work together.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our two cats. I am an avid Packers fan, Swiftie, foodie, and book collector. I’m also easily pulled into conversations about pets, all things fantasy—books, movies, and TV shows—Broadway, and great restaurants.
