About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
My approach to therapy is systemic and solution‑focused. Whether I am working with an individual or a family, I focus on the relationships, interactions, and social context surrounding the concern rather than viewing the issue as only an individual’s thoughts or behaviors. My goal is to help clients find their own solutions using the strengths they already have. I have specialized training in family therapy, am certified in trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF‑CBT), and am trained in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Outside of work, I enjoy running, taking my dog on adventures, and working on DIY projects.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
