About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I am passionate about supporting children and families by strengthening attachment, improving emotional regulation, and promoting healing from trauma. I am certified in Child‑Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy. I am also an Infant Mental Health Specialist through the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health and have additional training in Theraplay, DIR Floortime, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. These approaches allow me to integrate play, developmental insight, and practical coping skills into my work. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, reading a good book, and spending time with friends and family.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
