About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I provide immediate support for individuals experiencing emotional distress or crisis.
I enjoy using Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help children and teens cope with mental health crises, especially those who have experienced stress or trauma. I also value the power of group work and believe that healing often happens when people support one another. One of my passions is diagnosing, educating about, and treating anxiety and Obsessive‑Compulsive Disorder. Outside of work, I enjoy writing and journaling, spending time with my two beagles—Hamloaf and Flapjack—and experimenting with new hobbies. In my free time, you can usually find me in the kitchen perfecting my chocolate chip cookie recipe, in my craft room learning something new, or on the couch watching an early‑2000s comedy with my husband.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
