About
As a school based mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I believe that strong therapeutic relationships are at the heart of effective healing. I prioritize empathy, authenticity, and partnership to create a supportive space where children and teens feel seen and understood. I am trained in TF‑CBT, DBT, and CAMS and have experience supporting youth healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy helping clients recognize their resilience and learn practical tools that make daily life more manageable and meaningful. Outside of work, I treasure time with my family and our three cats. I love spending time outdoors, painting, catching live music, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
