About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
I work with children and adolescents using a person‑centered approach that creates a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and understood. I incorporate play therapy along with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help kids express themselves, build coping skills, and manage emotions and behaviors.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with my cat, Luna, and my dog, Maple. In the summer, you can often find me out on the water boating and enjoying the sunshine with my family.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
