About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
My work is guided by the Synergetic Play Therapy modality, which is based on interpersonal neurobiology. This approach focuses on the relationship between the therapist and child, helping children feel safe and supported. Through play, I help kids learn to regulate their nervous system and make sense of stress, trauma, and life transitions. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma‑Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent‑Child CARE therapy.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother of two boys. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially camping and hiking. I love exploring new foods and cooking, and I’m a seasoned runner—usually training for my next half marathon.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
