Lucy is amazing!!!! She is so good with our daughter and appreciate all she has done for her hearing capabilities!

We've been seeing Lucy since my daughters were 1 and she is incredible. It's obvious she cares about our whole family and she makes us feel seen and heard. She always answers our questions in an easy to understand way and makes the plan of care with us rather than making it on her own. I will be sad when we are discharged from audiology because we love her so much!

Lucy is the best. She always gives excellent care and makes sure we have everything we need. We travel almost an hour to see her and would travel even further if we had to.
