About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I focus on helping children feel safe, heard, and understood while guiding them toward healing.
I have experience working across many levels of care, including in‑home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential settings, and outpatient care. I support children and teens with depression, anxiety, self‑harm, life transitions, eating disorders, and trauma. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and various approaches for treating eating disorders. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys, doing arts and crafts, puzzles, reading, thrifting, and traveling.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
