About
I am a nationally certified and state-licensed athletic trainer with Children’s Wisconsin’s Sports Medicine Program. I work in a clinic setting, helping care for young athletes who have sports injuries, including concussions. I also serve as the athletic trainer at Waukesha North High School, where I have worked since March 2026.
I became interested in athletic training after I had an injury while playing sports in high school. It helped me combine my love of sports with my passion for helping others. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Northern Colorado, then went on to get my master’s degree in Athletic Training from Illinois State University. While there, I worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Normal Community West High School in Normal, Illinois.
Before joining Children’s Wisconsin, I spent nearly 20 years working with high school athletes at several schools, including New Berlin Eisenhower High School, Muskego High School, and Franklin High School. I chose to join Children’s because of its strong focus on patient care and teamwork.
In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts with my wife and watching my kids do what they love—my son plays hockey, and my daughter swims and does gymnastics. My family and I really love hockey, and we are big fans of the Colorado Avalanche.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
