The staff were very well informative and very kind, very understanding. Explained the situation. Explained the condition and explained how to care for it very well to my son and my husband. We love this Children's hospital staff. It was so caring, so loving, best that we ever experienced. And so they deserve 5 stars. All the best. Thank you.
