I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience in trauma, anxiety, sport and performance, mind/body connection, mental and behavioral health, and stress management. As a husband, a father, and a Milwaukee native, my goal is to uplift the community as we try to make our future better than our past. Even though we face challenges in life, I believe if we are equipped with the correct skills and mindset we can continue to strive and meet our full potential.
