Steps To Clean a Spacer:
Clean the spacer at least once a week.
- Remove the inhaler from the spacer.
- If possible, take the pieces of the spacer apart.
- Soak the spacer pieces in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes.
- Clean the spacer pieces with a soft cloth. Do not scrub or use a brush.
- Rinse the spacer with warm water to wash off any soap.
- Let the spacer pieces dry completely before putting them back together.
