
We first met Jax last year, when he was heading home after spending the first 561 days of his life in the hospital. Well, he’s not so little anymore and he continues to hit milestone after milestone. For his entire 2.5 years of life, Jax has relied on a ventilator to help him breathe. But not anymore.
