Children’s Wisconsin Welcomes Anne Martino as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Anne Martino, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Children's WisconsinChildren’s Wisconsin announced that Anne Martino has been named Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. She will lead the organization’s marketing, corporate communications and public relations efforts to advance its mission.

In this role, Martino will be responsible for elevating the Children’s Wisconsin brand, driving consumer engagement and supporting strategic growth through a data-informed, digitally enabled approach. She will help shape and execute enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategies grounded in consumer preferences. These insights will inform system-level decisions related to service design and messaging. She also will play a key role in ensuring internal communications and organizational culture reflect and reinforce the organization’s brand promise.

Martino comes back to Milwaukee to join Children’s Wisconsin from Endeavor Health in Chicago, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer for the past six years. During her tenure, she led a large-scale brand transformation following the merger of four health care organizations and launched a community investment fund focused on enhancing community well-being, advancing health equity and supporting local economic growth.

Previously, Martino held senior leadership roles including System Vice President for Consumer Insights and Strategy at Advocate Aurora Health, Vice President of Marketing for Dohmen Company, Vice President of Digital Engagement for Hoffman York and Vice President of Corporate Marketing for NAVTEQ.

Martino earned her Master of Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is also a graduate of the Kellogg Chief Marketing Officer Program at Northwestern University.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Martino is deeply engaged in the community. She has contributed her expertise to the University of Wisconsin School of Journalism and Foundation, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Ballet.
