I have been blessed with great mentors during my education and residency who have inspired me to always provide compassionate and thorough care. It has been a joy to follow several generations of children in my practice, and I have remained dedicated to continuous learning as pediatric medicine evolves. I have never ceased learning from the families who share with me what they have learned from other sources.

Everyone in the office was very kind and efficient and Dr. Shander spent a lot of time with my child making him feel comfortable and making sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the concern that he had for my child at a sick visit. Thank you so much.

I have issues with the appointments starting on time. They say to get there early and then you're not seen on time. It's just hard to sit there with a little kid waiting too long to see the doctor.

Dr Shander is amazing. He takes his time and is very thorough. Nursing staff is always amazing also!

The experience I have had with Dr. Shander has been above all expectations. He listens, he works with parents to get a treatment regimen that will work for the family before making other recommendations and I will be very upset when we no longer have him as a doctor.

It was really a great and fun visit with Dr.Shander's and his wonderful team. They really made us and my child comfortable during the visit and answered all our questions. The lab tests were also done at the same time even though it was almost end of the day for the staff. I appreciate.

Julie at the front desk was very kind and pleasant. The doctor was very creative at connecting with my daughter to gain insight into her illness and gain her trust. You can tell he is very confident in his skills and it shows when he connected with my daughter instantly to make her feel comfortable. Great doctor

A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Andrea, Dr. Shander, and his PA student Kaitlyn! They went above and beyond with all 3 of my sons. When my oldest son tested positive for strep throat, they were willing to add on appointments to have my 2 younger sons swabbed for strep as well so we did not need to go to UrgentCare and/or wait for a new appointment the next day. I am extremely grateful; thanks for all you do to ensure the best and safest care for children!!

Overall, the visit was really smooth. The issue I had was that we waited a long time to be seen and then our appointment took a while in general. For an 18-month-old, it's a long time when you have to wait for your appointment and then wait for the provider and then wait to have the immunization. And then there was no one at the front desk when I left, so I couldn't schedule my follow-up appointment that was necessary.
