Brain Recovery Assessment and Interdisciplinary Needs Clinic
The BRAIN Clinic at Children's Wisconsin is a interdisciplinary brain injury follow up program designed to provide outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents who sustained a brain injury or infection and were previously a patient at Children's Wisconsin. Children often experience physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges after a brain injury and our team is here to help provide state of the art, family centered care to support their recovery.
Conditions we treat
- Anoxic brain injury
- Encephalitis (and other severe CNS infections)
- Traumatic brain injury
- Refractory status epilepticus

Our Multidisciplinary Clinic provides coordinated care for kids with complex health needs in a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment. Located next door to the Milwaukee campus hospital on the 2nd floor, Clinics 1 offers a wide range of specialty care and surgical services.
