Care Connections
Children’s Wisconsin is proud to introduce Care Connections: A new series of free workshops to support families and their relationships with their children. “Care” in the name “Care Connections” stands for Child Adult Relationship Enhancement, which is a research-based parent training program that is designed to improve interactions between adults and children.
Our Care Connections workshops help parents and caregivers:
- Build strong relationships with your child
- Learn ways to help your child make good choices
- Learn ways to help your child want to follow directions
- Develop skills to help your family be healthy and happy
Who can attend?
This is for parents and caregivers of any child, from birth to 7 years, who use Children’s Wisconsin Primary Care. The workshop is not for children to attend.
Where and when do the workshops take place?
The workshops are virtual. We welcome families to attend just one workshop, or multiple. The sessions will not be recorded.
The workshops take place the second Tuesday of every month from 12 – 1 p.m.
