Very nice provider! She took the time to hear our entire story and truly cared for all we have been through. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Our primary care doctor could have put the lab orders we needed in, but I'm happy to be established incase we do need it in the future!

We didn't get to the root cause of the issue. Felt more like slapping a bandaid onto the issue.

Everyone was very nice. My only concern was that the doctor almost seemed like she still thought my doctors illness wasn't I high priority. Which I get, compared to many other life threatening illnesses it isn't, but we need some help and answers.

Providers of children need to be careful on how they address bmi, weight gain and obesity as they are quickly influenced by everyone. Children with anxiety and depression addressing this in a way to not make them feel fat or that they need to look like a barbie doll is important. Doctor at this visit needed to use some professionalism and realize that my daughter is dealing with alot and just asking about nutrition and exercise is enough and no need to talk about weight gain as if our children are eating right and exercising then stop there and don't worry them more as their is a reason they are seeing specialist besides weight gain. Then nurse ordered labs that was not the plan and my daughter became upset again as we were just suppose to get a lab kit for stool collection. 1st time we had such a horrible experience.

They did a very awesome job and the person who helped us to assist us to the room, he was very, very, very welcoming and awesome as well. He made us feel very comfortable with it being our first time. Thank you.

I wish I remembered his name or his position title but the doctors helper was so sweet! You can tell he is a friendly and happy go lucky young man. I couldn't stop talking to my son about him because he just made my day!!!
