Dr. Bartz and his staff are always incredibly professional and always answer all of our questions and take the time that we need. We're always very appreciative of everything that Dr. Bartz and the staff help us with during every visit. Super impressive everybody there at Children's.

Wonderful experience when having to be seen by a specialist can be very nerve wracking. Beautiful facility and amazing staff and care team. We are lucky to have access to exceptional MDs.

I love my doctor but was squeezed in and could feel his rushing me. He looked at his Smart watch messages 4-6 times and really wasn't listening to me and put me on a medication unnecessarily, in my opinion even though a few weeks ago, he was in agreement with the plan I prefer and am most comfortable with. I've seen this doctor for 12 years and never had a concern until now. I do feel it was mostly because they were rushed, partly due to my being squeezed in. I'm hopeful to not have this be an issue in the future.

I was disappointed in the staff member providing the echocardiogram. My son has special needs and it was very difficult to understand her. She was a bit gruff. Never offered a movie during the exam. Not a great experience with this tech.

Overall the visit with Dr. Bartz was really great. He has a great staff team working with him. The only thing that I would say that could be improved upon is the receptionist and then the ultrasound tech person to explain what he's doing while he's doing it, especially with the tile and to try to make her feel more comfortable. Other than that was a really great experience. Thank you.
