It was a fine experience and I understand that things happen but the long wait times with an uncomfortable 18 month old can be difficult for a parent. We were there over an hour for about 10 minutes of care. I'm not sure what can be done to change this but it is always something that could be looked at. Thank you!

Would love to give special recognition to Chavon the child life specialist. She was a life saver and incredibly sweet and caring to my little guy during his appointment.

No parent wants to experience their child being in poor health or requiring specialized medical care. However, the staff were great with our son and with answering our questions. They are competent, compassionate, and kind. We needed that during this time with our child.

Nurses and Dr. Calkins were great. The last visit with another Dr was not pleasant and I requested to see another Dr. I'm relieved this time at children's was much better visit.

I have to say that Dr. Calkins and his staff are amazing. He listens, he explains, and he is so very caring. I was so at ease the day of my son's surgery and the nurses were outstanding with the many concerns that I had both before surgery after we came home. The follow up visit on the 22nd was no different.

To Nurse Aubrey and Child Care Specialist Siobhan, they were terrific and they were very attentive. The doctor and the nurse practitioner only came in for 30 seconds, said she was going to be giving a prescription, and we never saw them again. We never once heard from the doctor about her burn or care. That was all done through the RN.

The nurse and PA were great! The nurse took the time to put my 9 year old at ease. Child life did a great job helping him as well! Thank you!!
