Dr. Casnar is a pediatric neuropsychologist who specializes in the evaluation of children with neurological, neurodevelopmental, and medical disorders. Dr. Casnar aims to help families better understand how different factors affect their child's cognitive (e.g., thinking and learning), neurological (e.g., brain), and psychological (e.g., social and emotional) development. She aims to provide families with a detailed profile of their child's neuropsychological strengths and weaknesses, and specific recommendations to promote positive growth in learning and development. Her clinical and research interests have focused on investigating the neuropsychological and social functioning of children with genetic disorders, epilepsy, congenital heart disease, and autism.
