The bright colors were delightful. The the First Lady who brought us back was patient, answered all our questions , really pleasant and she sees people. The provider knows her field very well, explained everything thoroughly. Answered questions. It was really a lovely experience. Great team work

Our nurse we saw before our doctor was AMAZING! She was so patient with my very inquisitive 3 year old. She was also very flexible to help make the pre-exam very smooth!

The kids really enjoyed the digital airplane smart board. Also our nurse was fantastic and allowed big brother to ask questions during the appointment too. This made the entire family feel comfortable.

I was very impressed with how fast we were seen and only took 1-2 min after the nurse left for the doctor to come in. Everyone was so nice and the facility was impressively clean. A great experience!!

Doctor Czerniak is phenomenal! After taking one of my children to her I requested her specifically when my second child started having eye problems. She's patient, kind, really explains everything to me in terms I can understand, and makes my kids feel comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better doctor, she takes care of my kids and puts me at ease as well.

My child had a complete meltdown in the wait-time after they dilated his eyes. Interactions with staff seemed very short afterward, like they were irritated with him or us in general, even though his interaction with them was very cooperative and didn't impact their exam in the slightest. He is 5, he has autism, his vision becoming blurry and this sensory change was very upsetting for him.

Everyone was so friendly and kind and just very patient with my son and I really appreciated how well and nicely everyone treated him and they were all very kind to us too and you guys are great. I'd recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thank you for your help with his eyes.

Our tech was also wonderful! She was excellent at related to our 3 year old and made her feel happy and comfortable!

I was very concerned about this exam, but wee had a fantastic experience and there was nothing to be worried about. The nurse was patient, but thorough. The doctor was AMAZING and was on the floor with our child to get what she needed with the least possible stress on him. They were caring, kind and understanding while being professional and completing the necessary assessments for my child. 10/10 recommend this nurse, physician and facility. One thing to note, was that he needed to be changed and in the area that we were, there was not an adult changing table. However, there was one in the bathroom in the waiting area. I was not aware of this, and would have preferred to use this instead of the bathroom in the actual exam area. Thank you for a great experience! We will certainly be back.
