Doctor, student doctor, nurse, everyone was so nice. They listened to my concerns but also kindly talked with my daughter. She was able to explain to them bravely and they were awesome about being on her level. The staff all were also great as my other 2 children were with me and they took the time to greet and acknowledge them as well. Overall wonderful experience given the circumstances.
