Dr. G is awesome! She has provided excellent care over the years! The MA was very good. The front desk lady was awesome and checked with me when I was out in the waiting room after the PFT and before my doctor visit. I was very pleased with my care!

Con: MD ordered a PFT without talking to me, which led to phone calls and questions. I would have preferred a call ahead of time, so I could anticipate increased costs as well as a different time of arrival. (before I started my allergy shots, the team had made a decision without talking to me, so not sure if I am the anomaly or if this happens frequently). Pro: the provided I was scheduled to see was unable to work that day. The team did an excellent job of working to get me scheduled with a different provider and notified me as soon as they could so I could arrive at the needed time.

Hello, all in all the appointment was good. I think the opportunity though is to ensure that the provider is providing accurate next steps in terms of lab results being posted to my chart and what that follow-up looks like. I was asked, I asked when the lab results would be shared and she said it usually gets posted pretty quickly. I guess I should have asked how many days she meant because I felt that was probably like within one day. I ended up needing to my chart and ask the care team approximately how long that would last and they said that results could take up to one week which I don't think feels very fast. I also, she also, the provider also said that when the lab results were shared she would review them and then provide me a follow-up in my chart to either explain or discuss next steps.

Dr. Gimenez and her team were very helpful, and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, and feel that Dr. Gimenez is an excellent physician. It has been "interesting" to navigate this office, however, with all of the continuing construction EVERYWHERE, which hopefully will somehow in the near future make it more able to access this office. Thanks for listening.
