It was a wonderful experience.

While the visit with Dr. Hornbeck was wonderful, there was a little bit of frustration with the athletic trainer coming in and assessing my daughter and then giving her opinion on what she thought it was and the cause of what it was, which got my daughter frustrated because she felt as though the athletic trainer was not taking her concerns seriously.

This was my first experience at Children's. From check in, to the actual appointment, everyone was amazing. Mandy at the front desk was so kind and informative. Dr. Hornbeck was outstanding. My first child to break a bone, and I was so nervous. They set my heart at ease, and gave my son exceptional care. Thank you so much.

I would just like to express our gratitude for the wonderful care we had from the orthopedic team! Their attention to detail was wonderful, and they explained thoroughly all information about my child's care in detail. This is the first time we have seen the orthopedic team at Childrens, and we are delighted to have them as a part of our child's care.

This location was amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Staff from the front desk all the way through to the person who put the cast on my daughter were amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

The only concerning verbal feedback I have regarding this visit is the lab that my daughter was sent for Labs. I was called by her primary care doctor the following morning regarding the critical lab. We were advised to go to the emergency room, which occurred more significant cost 4 hours of our time only to find out that the lab was erroneous. So I do think that it is, it is not it is not pleasing to me that we would have to pay emergency room Bill and pay the same Labs twice. That is the only concern I have with the visit. Thank you. Bye.

We werectaken back to the exam room right away, then after the assistant was done, we sat in the room for over an hour!!
