Dr. Kovach is great. He's very good about making sure all my questions are answered before leaving the visit.

I appreciate the doctor taking the time out and not rushing, especially when the parents are very anxious, so Dr. Kovach is great. Thanks.

Our is experience was mixed. The receptionist was rude and offset. She made it seem as if we were bothering her. Upon leaving we both told her to have a great day. The rudeness and offset still hadnt changed. The echo Ultrasound tech was amazing, sweet and explained things so nicely. Our nurses for the stress test weren't upbeat or friendly. Their vibe made both of us a bit uncomfortable. We tried to engage with them however they didnt engage back like expected. Our nurse in the doctors room was horrible. If we ever have to return to see this doctor, we will be requesting another nurse. She was very rude and unpleasant. My daughter didn't even want to stay to see the doctor because she felt she was a bother for being there. The way she asked questions was a bit harsh and not in a way a typical teen would comprehend. When asked to say it differently or repeat, she seems to be quite frustrated. The doctor was fantastic. I liked how he sat down and asked the questions in a very compassionate way. My daughter liked how he simplified things for her to understand and that he had a gentle voice that was friendly. It's so scary to be in a new hospital and then to undergo all these tests and appointments, I feel that the staff could have been quite a bit more welcoming. A smile, conversation to lighten the air ate small things one needs. 2 out of the 5 is quite disappointing. However, those 2 were Our first and last encounters, which did help our overall outlook.
