I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I have to admit I love this state! Though I left briefly to attend college at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, I am happy to be back in Wisconsin caring for children. I live in Mequon with my husband, Lee, my son, Nathan, and my daughter, Audrey. I also can't forget about our dog, Cooper. My greatest enjoyment in life comes from being a mom. I also enjoy music, reading, movies and football (go Packers!).

I grew up in a family that taught me I could be anything I wanted to be. Little did they realize I was serious when I said at age 4 that I wanted to be a pediatrician. Pediatrics is so much more than ear infections and strep throat (though I am glad when I can make people feel better). To me, pediatrics means working with families to raise healthy, happy and successful children. It also means being there for parents and children in tough times, during illness or stress in a family. I also think it is important to get involved in the community; I have been a guest speaker for local groups, including Mothers of Preschoolers, and participated as a medical expert in articles written by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and Fit Pregnancy.  I enjoy volunteering, through my children's' schools, our church, and in the community.

I believe that finding the best pediatrician for your family is truly rewarding. I'd love to have you visit the clinic and learn firsthand what we are all about.
