We feel cared for and love CHW!

I appreciate that providers talked to my daughter not me. They took breaks to ask if she was understanding what they were saying and answered any questions she or I had. She felt heard and validated, which made me happy to know that they cared about her as a whole!

I liked everything a lot, except that it is very far from where I live. But everything is very good and very clean, and they treat you well. Thank you very much for your attention. Bye bye.

Wonderful first experience with Children's! The facility is beautiful and our provider was so thorough and kind. Would definitely recommend him and Children's to anyone!

Today was the second time I've seen Dr Muriello- first for my connective tissue disorder a few years back, and again today for my daughter's same diagnosis. I'm writing this review because Dr Muriello quite literally changed my life. Not just be cause he's exceptionally well-educated on the conditions that he evaluates, but mostly because it's crystal clear that he actually CARES. I've seen so many doctors over the years who were book smart, but without the human element - empathy, a genuine desire to help others, active listening skills, the ability to look at the whole picture and see a patient as a human and not just a number - patients do not get the care they need and get lost in the system. After decades of being gaslighted and shrugged off as a hypochondriac, he was the first medical provider to care enough to want to help me and properly diagnose me, and that diagnosis changed the way I have been able to get medical care, do my job, get help with my disabilities, communicate to my loved ones about my condition, understand my body and my limitations, etc. And my daughter's diagnosis today will not only do all of that, but it will prevent the decades of tears and frustration that I had to endure. Dr. Muriello and his team (Stephanie and Katie) truly are gems and they deserve that recognition.

We were very pleased with our experience. While it requires more travel than we would prefer, we are likely to switch our son's medical care to this network.

Excellent lab draw experience with our daughter. Great lab tech! Such a calm and kid friendly experience. With no tears shed. She loved telling others about the jelly fish see saw while in the lab. Excellent distraction techniques.

We were so impressed by Dr. Muriello. He listened, explained things terrific and provided us great forward looking direction! We were so thankful to see him!
