My goal for my patients is that they not only return to their previous activities, but also understand what happened and give them tools to prevent a return to the clinic. Educating my patients and their family is imperative to the rehabilitation process. I not only focus on the specific injury, but also on all the possible causes of their pain or injury. I am exercise based with emphasis on return to proper function and injury prevention.

I am also a certified Driveline coach, which has allowed me the opportunity to learn the most current and evidence-based standards for assessing, instructing and implementing drills for a baseball player’s pitching mechanics. I am also trained and knowledgeable in various programming, that help baseball players return to form and achieve their goals during the season.
